When it came down to offers, he was very quick in getting those back and doing any addendums that I needed. The reason I got the property was because he fought for me. I think without him I probably wouldn’t have gotten the property. I needed someone that would do round the clock addendums and legal paperwork, and he was willing to do that for me.
